Job Opportunities

We’re looking for one or two more people to round out our team for the 2025 season. Previous farm work experience is not required. Experience doing physical work, outdoors, in all kinds of weather is preferred.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A strong work ethic
• Interest & tolerance to do physical work outside
• The ability to work well as part of a team & also independently
• Common sense & situational awareness
• Curiosity and interest in organic & sustainable farming practices
• The ability to lift 30 lbs or more repeatedly

Working on our farm you’ll gain experience in many aspects of a small, diversified, Certified Naturally Grown vegetable farm. From early-season seedling propagation in the greenhouse, transplanting crops in high tunnels & fields, harvesting crops for CSA & Farmers’ Market, etc.

Right now, we’re looking for one person to start in mid March, mainly working in the greenhouse and high tunnels. The position will be part-time initially, but it could potentially become full-time by June.

We’re also always looking for occasional, part-time help from June-October when we have large projects that require extra hands. If you’re interested but can’t commit to a regular schedule let us know, we may have jobs available from time to time.
